os-soft 17.2 and the HMIS/HUD Module update request form

Please note: If you are using v15.2.12 or higher, you will have the update scheduled and will automatically receive the new version. If you are using an earlier version of os-soft (WS), support will need to contact you to in order proceed with the update.
